i stayed for three nights. the Family Room Hill View was big. it had a fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea. the bed was comfortable. There was a balcony. It overlooked the road with cafes.
the air-con could not be changed. the toilet bowl was short. it would be difficult for elderly people with knee issues. food prices in the hotel was too expensive.

i found the atmosphere very calm. it was also a comfortable space to stay. the room was super clean, and the staffs are friendly. check-in and check-out were smooth.
i stayed for one night and the air conditioning in room 520 was not cooling well. the towel was also smelly. i booked online, but the charges differed when i checked in, requiring an extra 50rm payment.

i booked a room, and housekeeping kept it very clean. i did see that they used new quality sealant in all the joint sealing areas, it helped with mold prevention. the inhouse tv programs offered cna and vision programs.

the reception was very friendly and helpful. the room cleaning staffs are also cheerful. one of the porters helped me get a transport after grab drivers declined to take me. he shuttled me to my destination.

i'm very thankful for the hotel's location, as it has direct beach access and is near the night market. the family suite partial sea view was quite spacious, and i appreciated the two balconies. the bathroom also includes both a stand-up shower and a bathtub shower. i found the availability of free pool towels near the pool very convenient.
the breakfast buffet had limited choices.

The room included a separate seating area and a work desk. It had climate control allowing for individual temperature adjustments, important for personal comfort. a mini-fridge was also available, so storing snacks and beverages was easy.

the hotel provided direct access to the beach! a short walk led to local food stalls and shops, and it was a convenient spot for exploration. the resort is located near several local attractions and transportation hubs, made sightseeing easy.
